EXPLORING A VARIETY OF MEDIUMS AND HOW THEY WORK TOGETHER
Each week we will explore mixed medium techniques with a focus on different aspects of what is commonly known as “mixed media”. This includes using collage, Geli Plate prints, and ink resist. Some of the mediums used are watercolor pencil, soft chalk pastel, oil pastel, india ink, water soluble graphite, charcoal, acrylic paint, wax (encaustic), alcohol inks, and a variety of different types of papers.
Results are surprisingly fabulous. Your imagination will get a workout.
