Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy
Please understand we are a small business and lots of planning and supplies go into making our classes and workshops possible. We will be happy to reschedule your class registration to a future date & time or issue you a Studio Credit if you give us 48 hours advance notice. OR You can always choose to have someone else take your place. Our class fees are non-refundable.
STUDIO CREDITS CAN BE USED FOR CLASSES OR IN STORE PURCHASES
Rescheduling Policy
We will be happy to RESCHEDULE /TRANSFER your CLASS REGISTRATION with 48 hours advance notice. To reschedule, EMAIL TO artzone.camas@gmail.com and let us know which class you are able to attend. If you are unsure, we can issue a Studio Credit.
No Show / No Call
If you do not give the required 48 hours’ notice you will forfeit your registration fee, same as a No Show.
When you do not show up for a workshop and do not give us the required 48 hours’ notice, we lose the opportunity to teach another student, just like you, who wants the opportunity to attend.
Once the class has begun there are no refunds or reschedules or credits available.
Bad Weather or Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class or workshop at any time. If AZ cancels or reschedules a class for any reason you will have the option of rescheduling/transfer or a Studio Credit.
Masks are now optional for fully vaccinated students. Please do not come to class sick.
